These planners are on the zoning review team and work in a fast-paced, production-focused and supportive environment in the department's Applicant Services Center and review development projects and platting applications for compliance with a range of land use regulations, including zoning, shoreline, urban design, and environmental standards. Planners on this team also offer land use information to the public and provide technical support services to other City agencies. This position reports to the team's zoning supervisors.
