The City of Moses Lake is seeking a contract employee for a two-year period for the purposes of implementing projects associated with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds and additional community/development projects needing legislative action to implement. Salary will be based on experience. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of state and federal legislative processes and grant procurement requirements. Experience in the public sector is a plus. Possession of a four-year degree plus a strong financial background and real estate development experience is also a plus.
