The Municipal Research and Services Center (MRSC), a nonprofit located in Seattle, seeks a full-time training and outreach coordinator to join its communications team. Under the general direction of the communications manager, this position is primarily responsible for the coordination, production, and promotion of MRSC’s online and in-person trainings. This position also assists with the planning and implementation of outreach strategies for all MRSC services, including coordinating and attending some key partner conferences and events. During the COVID-19 pandemic, MRSC staff are working from home with the option of limited work from the Seattle office, meeting the State’s safety guidance for office work. On a permanent basis, this position may be based in MRSC’s Seattle office with limited remote work from a home office within Washington State. This position may need to be present in the Seattle office for some webinar broadcasts, and involves some occasional travel to partner conferences within Washington State. PRINCIPAL DUTIES REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS STARTING SALARY. The salary range is $45,000 to $60,000 and the starting salary will depend on qualifications and experience.
