The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Coordinator develops, implements, supports, and evaluates Citywide diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives. Works in partnership with departments to implement systemic change through policies and practices. Creates processes that remove barriers within the City and its programs and operations; establishes learning programs designed to increase awareness and support of diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural proficiency in the organization. Full-time, Non-represented Exempt position, 12-month probationary period Must meet all qualifications and requirements as listed in the Position Description.
