The Position The Finance Manager is a key member of the Finance Department. This position will supervise a staff of four and will primarily be responsible for managing the accounting operations for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program and the Greenbridge program, submission of the Public Housing Operating Subsidy, and will perform complex skilled technical work developing and reporting on financial and operating metrics for multiple areas of KCHA. They will also lead their team in process improvement efforts and other key initiatives in support of KCHA’s mission.
