The Department of Construction and Inspections (SDCI) is seeking two well organized and motivated individuals who enjoy being part of a team and working in a fast paced and supportive work environment, to be part of our Land Use Permit Specialist Team. We currently have one regular position and one position that is funded through 2022. This work group is responsible for independently screening Land Use application materials for accuracy and completeness. The work group is also tasked with reviewing, creating, and validating development sites and addresses within the GIS mapping system, and researching permit history records, and property information within the City of Seattle.
