The Grays Harbor Council of Governments is seeking a motivated mid-level planning professional with a passion for helping rural communities to join our team. The position performs short term and long range planning duties, working with our communities to develop comprehensive plans, capital facilities plans, park and recreation plans, and other plans and studies as needed. Grant development and knowledge and experience in using ArcGIS to create supporting maps and data is also required.
