The City of Shelton is looking for a Human Resources Manager, Salary $5,824 - $7,571/month DOQ. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing all City personnel functions, providing support to all departments, and ensuring compliance with employment laws, collective bargaining agreements and City policies and procedures. The Human Resources Manager also serves as the City’s Risk Manager, and performs duties of a highly confidential and sensitive nature. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, public administration, planning or a closely related field and three (3) years of local government experience in human resources administration OR an equivalent combination of education and experience in closely related fields.
