We are currently recruiting a talented and passionate individual for our Resident Services Program Manager – Workforce Development position who will serve Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Public Housing residents in King County. Under the general supervision of a Senior Resident Services Manager, the Program Manager will lead a team of dedicated Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Coordinators. The Family Self-Sufficiency program coaches and mentors families to attain economic independence and reduce dependency on subsidies, including rental subsidies. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing, hiring, training, evaluating, and supporting the FSS team, as well as overseeing program growth, and monitoring and reporting program performance. Essential Functions Supervises, coaches, mentors, and assists team members to ensure their goals and objectives are being met; conducts regular 1:1 check-ins to review workload, accomplishments, concerns, and to provide on-going feedback; completes annual performance appraisals; assists team members with difficult client situations and technical issues with the various program tools and software; responds to complex program participant situations. Work Environment: After initial onboarding, this role will have the opportunity to work remotely in accordance with the KCHA's flexible work arrangements; however, remote work conditions will be reviewed on a regular basis based on business and program need. Employees must reside in Washington State and the ability to report to the Central Office in Tukwila will be required. Some local and domestic travel may be required to support KCHA business needs.
