The Opportunity

The Puget Sound Clean Air Agency seeks a qualified, experienced, and motivated customer service-oriented Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to serve as a member of our Finance team. In addition to accounts payable and receivable experience, the successful candidate will also have general accounting, accounting systems, and database experience. This position focuses on excellent service for internal and external customers and is best suited for a highly organized and motivated individual who enjoys problem-solving and anticipating needs.

As the Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist, you would have a unique opportunity to use your skills to help support the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency’s goals to protect public health and the environment from air pollution and become the most climate-friendly region in the United States. Our Agency supports a work/life balance by maintaining a 38.75-hour work week, and without a regular requirement to work nights or weekends.

This position is represented by Teamsters Local 763.

The pay range for this position is $63,622.80 - $81,205.50 annually, dependent upon experience and qualifications.

The listed salary for this position will be eligible for a COLA increase per the terms of the collective bargaining agreement, effective July 1, 2024.
