The Opportunity: Side Sewer Inspector Alderwood Water & Wastewater District (AWWD) invites all qualified applicants to apply for the position of Side Sewer Inspector. Under direction of the Construction Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that side sewer installations throughout the District meet all contractual and permitted requirement, District specifications, and standards. The Side Sewer Inspector inspects side sewer installations and ensures that developers, contractors and property owners working on side sewer installations comply with District standards, regulatory requirements and contract documents including traffic control, erosion control and restoration. Minimum Qualifications: Must possess and maintain a valid Washington State Driver's License. Must have the ability to obtain an Industrial First Aid Card, a Flagger Card, and Erosion and Sediment Control Lead certificate within two years of employment. Please see the complete job description for further details on the tasks and responsibilities for this position. • Side Sewer Inspector – $37.56 - $50.33 per hour, with a starting pay range of $37.56 - $43.48 dependent upon experience and qualifications.
