The Contracts and Grants Administrator is responsible for performing activities associated with the administration of contracts and grants for capital development and major maintenance projects, consulting services, and other major supplier and services contracts. This position provides guidance to various departments in determining the appropriate method of procurement while complying with legislative regulations and internal policies, in addition to providing assistance in the development of policies and procedures related to procurement and contracting. This position is also responsible for the identification, facilitation and administration of duties related to grants.
