Animal Services Executive Director (2018 Salary) job in Lacey

The Animal Services Executive Director is an employee of the City of Lacey and reports directly to the Animal Services Liaison. This position serves under the direction of the Joint Animal Services Commission (JASCOM), a six-member board compromised of four elected officials; one being from each participating jurisdiction, one member of the Board of the Thurston County Humane Society, and one licensed veterinarian practicing in Thurston County. The Executive Director is responsible for managing the activities and staff engaged in the enforcement of animal regulation, laws, ordinances, codes, animal shelter operations, and the provisioning of animal services to cities and unincorporated areas.
