We are seeking a forward thinking and high energy individual to lead our Public Works team, as Public Works Director. Must possess management skills, be able to read and interpret complex state regulations and prepare all required reports, have experience in street maintenance and construction, understand road maintenance strategies for a high snowfall area, as well as have strong computer, budgeting, verbal and written communication skills. Candidates should have experience with: water distribution and wastewater treatment operations. This position is for a working supervisor who oversees the public works department, responsible for all operations of the department, and manages 4 employees.
