We are looking for a highly skilled, energetic - professional to join our Marketing team, as a Marketing Communications & Outreach Representative. This position is full-time and performs support activities related to marketing, rider alerts and public transit informational materials, and service brochures. Other responsibilities include assisting with marketing and agency promotions, maintaining on-bus communication materials, assisting with, participating in, and representing the agency in organizational and community events.

As a Marketing Representative, you will:
• Assist with specific promotions and campaigns to raise awareness and use of transit and other Agency services.
• Assist with posting content to Agency website and social media sites.
• Support and implement community-based activities, including site-based promotions, special events, cross-promotions, and sponsorships.
• Assist with preparation and distribution of press releases and other media correspondence.
• Research, inventory, and order brochures, promotional materials, and supplies for the Marketing division.
• Support and implement marketing and communications activities.
Are you the one we are looking for?
• You have an Associate’s degree and three (3) years’ experience with marketing and communication support equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• You have strong computer skills and experience publishing to social media and websites in a professional setting, with proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud; ability to learn new software quickly.
• You must be willing to attend special events and occasionally work evenings, early mornings, or weekends as necessary.
• You must be willing to submit to a criminal background investigation, the results of which must meet the agency’s hiring criteria.
