CITY OF WEST RICHLAND This position will provide engineering and project management services for the design and construction of West Richland’s capital improvement projects. Candidate will be able to build their own team. The City has budgeted to hire a Project Engineer in 2021 and an Associate Engineer in 2022. In addition to overseeing staff, this is a working manager position and candidate will prepare complex engineering designs; plan specifications and reports; assure compliance with federal, state, local laws, codes and ordinances; track and monitor progress with City Public Works Construction Inspection Division throughout the construction process. Full Time/ Exempt Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and eight years’ experience required. Must be a licensed Professional Engineer in Washington State.
