Safety and Training Coordinator job in Pasco

DUTIES: Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, performs a wide variety of tasks in relation to safety, workers’ compensation, training coordination, some of which involve highly sensitive and confidential subject matter. Support the safety operations and training of the organization by coordinating with departments to ensure the compliance of federal, state and local safety regulations regarding personnel and the operations of the city.

REQUIREMENTS - (Any equivalent combination of education and experience, which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the job.):
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Two (2) years of experience in safety or training development or coordination, workers’ compensation and/or inspections
