DUTIES: Perform heavy and light equipment operation, and manual labor in the maintenance, repair and construction of the City’s Public Works systems and facilities as directed. Assigned divisions may include but are not limited to: Wastewater Treatment, Wastewater Collections, Water Treatment, Water Distribution, Storm Water, Streets, Reuse, Irrigation and Fleet/Equipment Rental.
REQUIREMENTS: (Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the job.):
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Valid Washington State driver license with CDL Class A endorsement.
- Two (2) years of experience in operating heavy equipment and the training necessary to perform the assigned functions in the assigned division(s).
- Display proficiency on heavy equipment operation (road grader/front end loader or backhoe/front end loader).

SALARY: $27.44-30.29/hour., plus benefits
