CITY OF WEST RICHLAND Under the direction of the Mayor this position leads, directs and manages the City Clerk’s Office; provides agenda management and preparation services to City Council, staff and citizens; creates and maintains systems to store and retrieve official documents and records; provides computer and network system support for the City; backs up human resources when necessary. Full Time/ Exempt Bachelor’s degree in public administration or related field, proficient in state and municipal law and parliamentary procedure, records management experience; or any combination of education and experience may be considered as long as it provides the desired skill, knowledge and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
