ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process Personnel Action Notices (PANs) each bi-weekly payroll cycle including data entry into two systems Serve as the HR Public Records Coordinator and HR Budget Coordinator, which includes gathering, tracking, and summarizing information for management Coordinate, training, and direct office operations, which includes the work of administrative and supplemental staff Provide confidential and executive level administrative support to the HR Director, Deputy Director, and Managers Research, recommend, and update departmental processes, procedures, and policies Act as a resource and/or backup to other departmental staff and assist with maintaining the effectiveness and efficiency of the department

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience and education that is equivalent to:

Two years of college level coursework Six years of progressively responsible administrative support experience at the executive level

Selection Process
