NATURE OF WORK

This position performs technical and management work responsible for overseeing utility billing functions, financial systems, customer service, and financial review, analysis, and reporting.  This position also prepares analysis and special projects, as directed, in accordance with professional, administrative, and legal standards.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or closely related field, AND a minimum of four years of successful professional accounting experience plus a minimum of one year of successful supervisory experience; OR a combination of education, training, and experience that would indicate that the applicant would successfully complete the essential responsibilities of the position.
