Positions open until Filled: Newcastle has 4 openings for a Seasonal Maintenance Worker. The Seasonal Maintenance Worker position works up to 4 or 6 months duration, typically Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, occasionally some weekends or evening hours may be required. The work will primarily consist of parks maintenance or vegetation control. However the position may also perform recurring maintenance of Parks, Stormwater, City Facilities, Streets and Events. Duties must frequently be accomplished independently with intermittent supervision. Work must be completed in a timely manner using applicable safety procedures.
