The City of Black Diamond is a growing community of approximately 4,500 citizens with a rich historical heritage, exceptional natural setting and small-town atmosphere. The City is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Police Commander. This position works under the direction of the Police Chief and plans, organizes, directs, and controls assigned operational activities of the police department; assumes the responsibility of Acting Police Chief in the absence of the Police Chief. This is a full time/Civil Service position. Salary is $113,086 - $127,895 per year, plus a comprehensive benefit package.
