Establishes the processes and procedures necessary to develop and implement an effective, efficient and collaborative code enforcement program. Interprets and coordinates the compliance and enforcement of a variety of regulatory requirements. Responds to, investigates, and resolves complaints. Coordinates code compliance efforts with appropriate City, State and Federal agencies and assists in prosecution of code violators, when needed.
