Capital Engineering Manager job in Bainbridge Island

The Capital Engineering Manager has day-to-day responsibility for the management and operations of the capital program group of the Public Works Department. The Capital Engineering Manager uses considerable independent judgment and discretion in staff supervision, program administration and implementation, budgetary and financial control, work planning, scheduling, and overseeing public infrastructure development, construction and maintenance functions. Work is performed personally or through subordinate staff.
