This position will perform skilled, journey level facilities repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment operation for all City owned facilities and facility systems for the City's Public Works Operations Facilities Maintenance Division. The Facilities Maintenance Division maintains all City-owned and operated buildings, located in parks, various water and wastewater sites, and stand-alone properties. This includes 56 facilities, ranging from large commercial to residential, with a variety of building materials used in their construction. This position will perform a variety of repairs and preventative maintenance duties to include painting, flooring, pressure washing, sheet rock repair, plumbing, roof/gutter cleaning, roof leak remediation, carpentry, janitorial, furniture and appliance repair, door and lock maintenance, furniture hauling and assembly, HVAC maintenance, and light fixture re-lamping. | |
