SENIOR ENGINEER - STORMWATER/UTILITY job in Redmond

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review developer applications and project plans for compliance with water, wastewater, stormwater, clearing and grading standards and specifications, adopted facilities plans, policies, and regulations.
• Review, approve, process and manage projects for permit approval.
• Schedule and lead the Civil Coordinated Review process from start to finish.
• Respond to internal and external customer questions regarding stormwater, water and wastewater service and design.
• Attend and provide testimony at public meetings and hearings.
• Attend preconstruction conferences and represent the division in internal construction and design meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering AND at least seven (7) years of engineering plan review, construction, or stormwater, water and wastewater engineering experience.

Valid Washington State driver's license by date of hire. Registration as a State of Washington Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is required.
