Fiscal Services Director job in Renton

Responsible for directing all of the finance, budget and accounting functions of the City and providing leadership for the Finance division. The Fiscal Services Director ensures the Finance division's strategic goals and performance measures are aligned with those of the city and participates with executive management in establishing financial policy development and updates. Plans, organizes and directs the biennial budget, capital investment program, cash and investment program, debt management, annual financial report, and financial operations including business licensing/taxes, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and utility billing functions.
