The Environmental Specialist works under the general supervision of the Public Works Director to assist in the coordination and implementation of department activities relating to water quality, stormwater pollution, and urban runoff. They engage in fieldwork and monitoring of water quality, provides data analysis and investigates residential and commercial dischargers.
