Human Resources Analyst job in Issaquah

As a member of our team, you will:

• Be involved in all aspects of Human Resources including recruitment, benefits, training, compensation, labor relations and policy development.
• Develop, implement and provide ongoing over-site to our programs and services.
• Handle complex, sensitive and often controversial issues.
• Help us achieve our goals by working collaboratively with managers and employees to ensure successful delivery of our programs and services.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and to find and retain the best talent for our organization.
• Strengthen the capability of our managers by advising, supporting and enhancing skills.

Issaquah is a rapidly growing community, well known for its environmental amenities, excellent quality of life, and countless cultural and educational opportunities.

The Department's 2019 projects include completing a Citywide classification and compensation study, enhancing the recruitment, onboarding and retention processes, enhancing our training and organizational development, working with our four labor groups to negotiate successor agreements and begin a policy overhaul. We're looking for someone with a generalist background who can step right in and join our small team of four to complete these exciting projects.
