The City of Bothell is seeking a dedicated hard worker to join our thorough and fair Building Division Team as our next Senior Building Inspector! We need someone with experience in both commercial and residential inspections, who is ready to hit the ground running. This position is responsible for performing various building, plumbing and mechanical inspections on permitted projects within the City of Bothell with minimal supervision. Additionally, this position will on occasion assist with code enforcement related inspections. Our ideal candidate will bring with them a valid drivers license and ICC Building Inspector Certification as well as the ability to obtain a Commercial Mechanical Inspector Certification and UPC Plumbing Certification.
