Associate Engineer II (Civil Engineer) job in Pasco

DUTIES: Perform professional engineering & administration of public works projects including the design, investigation & construction administration of street, water, sanitary sewer, irrigation water, wastewater collection/treatment systems & other public works projects; prepare plans (AutoCAD) & technical specifications; assist project managers on the successful completion of projects & act as a project manager on assigned projects.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE – (Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the job.):

• Five years of increasingly responsible professional civil engineering experience of public works infrastructure including transportation, water, sewer and storm drainage projects
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in civil engineering or a related field
